Welcome to the Office of Student Employment!

We assist students in obtaining part-time job opportunities on and off campus through the Federal Work Study Program and Student Temporary Work Program. The resources below are a good place to start searching for work opportunities.

Effective July 1, 2015 - I9 & E-Verify Processing

The Office of Student Employment will conduct the I-9 and E-verify processing for all student temp and work study employees.

If your newly hired student has never worked on campus before, please let them know they need to visit the I-9 processing site immediately, and no longer than three days past their first day of work.

If your student worker has worked on campus before, they should not visit the I-9/Everify processing site. Just mail their completed authorization to us.

The I-9/E-verify processing will be located in Rooms 363 and 387 of the JET Building (in the Career Development Center). The rooms are subject to change, so students may have to follow signs once they arrive.

So that we can process your student the first time they arrive, please send them to us with:

  1. Acceptable, unexpired, original IDs listed in the I-9 directions (page 9 of I-9)
  2. Complete Student Temporary Authorization.
  3. Completed tax forms (found in Employment Forms on our website)

Give your student worker this New Student Employee Paperwork Handout with detailed directions if desired.
